What we collect and why

When you order, we collect your first name, email and your answers about your dog. We use them only to write, produce and deliver your song and to answer your emails (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Payment is handled by Stripe; we never see your card details.

Who processes it for us

Cloudflare (hosting and order storage), Stripe (payments), our email provider (delivery), and the music production tools we use to record your song, which receive only what's needed to write the lyrics. If you click "OK" on our cookie notice, Meta Platforms receives a cookie-based signal that you visited or ordered, so we can measure our ads (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, § 25 TDDDG). You can withdraw that consent any time by clearing this site's storage in your browser.

How long we keep it

Order answers: 12 months after delivery, then deleted. Payment records: as long as tax law requires.

Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its use, or take it with you. Email us. You may also complain to a data protection authority.
